About
The project was born from a simple, generous idea: to create an oasis where sustainability is a way of life, where nature is not a backdrop but a presence, and where hospitality is experienced before it is told.
Natura Village: a human and ecological adventure
Natura Village was not born from a theoretical plan, but from a friendship, a shared intuition, and a patiently cultivated vision.
It is the story of two Italians who, guided by the same desire, imagined a place where nature, people, and well-being could come together.
In 2014, an adventure began—made of manual work, patience, seasons, and transformation.

2014
The land
In 2014, Gabriele and Mario responded together to a call for tenders from the Moroccan state and were entrusted with a 30-hectare estate of fallow land.
A quiet plot, seemingly forgotten, yet crossed by a natural spring that irrigates the entire plain of Aïn Lahjar.
2015
The first step
Planting 3,000 olive trees, installing a drip-irrigation system, and enhancing the 1,800 argan trees already present.
The land comes back to life.
2017
The first harvests
The farm produces its first honey.
Nature flourishes: greener, more alive.
2020
The first eco-lodges
First olive harvest, olive oil production, and construction of the first three eco-lodges.
The village begins to take shape.
2022
Opening to the world
Creation of the weekly market at Océan Vagabond.
Vegetables from eco-responsible farming, honey, and the estate’s products find their audience.
2023
The revival of indigo
Under the impetus of David Santandreu, Natura Village becomes the first place in Morocco to revive the cultivation of natural indigo.
2025
The birth of a complete place
Two new eco-lodges, a swimming pool, a yoga space, and a restaurant complete the project.
The village becomes a harmonious ecosystem.
Ten years later, Natura Village has become much more than a place
It is a community, a refuge, an invitation to simplicity and beauty.
A place open to local residents and travelers from around the world, where everyone brings something and takes something else away: a story, a flavor, a silence, a memory.
