Located in the heart of Natura Village, a few kilometres from Essaouira, Terra Tamù is a restaurant surrounded by olive and argan trees, nature and the relaxed country lifestyle.
Here, the cuisine seamlessly blends Italian and Moroccan influences, using fresh, seasonal produce. The menu changes regularly, depending on what’s available at the market and what the farm has to offer.
No endless menu, no need to rush. We settle in, have a meal, have a chat and just enjoy ourselves.
Lunch can easily stretch into the afternoon by the pool, over a drink in the sunshine, or simply whilst enjoying some quality time with your loved ones.
Terra Tamù is all about generous cuisine, nature all around you, and that lovely feeling of having nowhere to go.
The ingredients come mainly from:
- our natural vegetable patch
- our olive groves and argan groves
- oartisanal honey produced at Natura Village
- the fishermen of Essaouira
- local producers and regional artisans
Our culinary philosophy is based on four principles:
naturalness, seasonality, local sourcing and respect for the land.
Terra Tamù’s cuisine combines the authentic flavours of Morocco — subtle spices, aromas and slow cooking — with a refined contemporary twist.
Tajines, couscous, garden-fresh vegetables, traditional breads, fish from the Atlantic: every dish is prepared with care, respecting the ingredients and their history.
Harmonising with this generous Moroccan cuisine, you’ll also find a selection of Italian specialities – a Mediterranean touch that enriches the experience.
